Your Returns Policy

Have an item/s you wish to return? No problem. 

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase you can simply send your item/items back to us. Items that you wish to return must reach us no later than 14 working days from the date the items have been purchased. We will not accept returns after this time has passed. 

Please take care while trying on your items, as items retuned to us with make up/fake tan/lotion marks will not be be refunded and sent back.
Items must be returned in their original condition with labels attached.

Please note before making a purchase that any item returned can take up to 14 working days to be refunded back to you.

Please email us on torzaboutique@outlook.com to inform us of your return, we do not pay returns. We strongly suggest you send items back with a tracking number (as we will not be held responsible for item that go missing without tracking numbers)
